This Privacy Policy covers visitors to this MiYOSMART Testimonials site, operated by Hoya Vision Care ("Hoya", "we", "us"). As set out in our Terms of Use, this Site and its testimonial submission form are intended for parents and guardians (18 years or older) sharing their own experience - not for direct use by children. Where a submitted story or photo refers to a parent's child, that is provided and consented to by the parent, not collected directly from the child.

2. What we collect

We use Google Tag Manager, through which Google Analytics (GA4) may run, to understand how visitors use this site - pages viewed, general device/browser type, approximate region (derived from IP address, not your exact location), and how you arrived here. This is separate from the testimonial content (story, photo, video, name, child's age) you choose to submit through the form, which is covered by our Terms of Use.

3. Why we collect it

To understand which pages are useful to visitors and improve the site. We do not sell this data.

Google Tag Manager and any analytics tools it loads may set small cookies/identifiers in your browser to distinguish repeat visits from new ones. You can disable cookies directly in your browser settings at any time.
